This study concerns the determination of empirical evidence a real estate market premium for Green Buildings and an aware role private as driver to foster-up urban architectural sustainability energy efficiency. In markets, there is growing relevance Buildings, especially in cities where greater part residential buildings built before first regulations on performance. Through policies oriented towards sustainable practices, twofold goal can be achieved: consumption mitigation respecting historical value existing buildings, direct economic impacts values. some metropolitan or contexts, “green premium” understood “gold premium”. result has been highlighted quantified with analysis developed central area Italian mid-size city, pursued through innovative tool Evolutionary Polynomial Regression (EPR).
